Mr. Basirico joined the company in 2009 and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer on December 7, 2016. Frank previously had been serving as Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions for AltaPacific Bancorp and President, Southern California Region for AltaPacific Bank. Effective October 7, 2015, he was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Bancorp and the Bank. Mr. Basirico has over 38 years of experience in the financial services industry where he served in various executive positions. He is a resident of Southern California and will continue to focus on business acquisitions and expansion projects throughout the entire state of California. Mr. Basirico graduated from California State University at San Bernardino and attended Dartmouth’s School of Credit and Financial Management.
Mr. Borak owned and operated Valley Insurance Service in Covina, an independent insurance agency that served businesses, professionals and residents of the San Gabriel Valley area of Southern California. He was a founding director of Stellar Business Bank and currently serves on the corporate board for the Citrus Valley Health Partners Foundation. Mr. Borak has held esteemed positions with many community organizations including the Chambers of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Covina, Mount San Antonio College and was the Chairman of the Covina Economic Development Committee. Mr. Borak is a resident of West Covina and is a graduate from the University of Minnesota.
Mr. DeCaminada is a resident of Cloverdale, California, and has been involved in Sonoma County business and community affairs since 1979, including leadership positions in many prominent business, professional and charitable organizations. He has served in a variety of managerial positions with the Pacific Gas and Electric Company and is responsible for all gas and electric distribution operations as well as customer service, community and governmental relations for Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, Napa and Marin counties.
Mr. Deems previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer and director of Mission Oaks Bancorp and Mission Oaks National Bank, which merged with AltaPacific on May 2, 2014. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, having previously served as a director and Chairman of the Board of multiple institutions. Mr. Deems is a graduate of Cornell University and has a Master’s Degree from the University of Oregon.
Mr. Dowd is a Registered Professional Engineer and is a partner in Pinnacle Homes Land Development and Home Building Company. In recognition of his ongoing support for providing affordable and quality area housing, Mr. Dowd was inducted into the North Coast Builders Exchange Construction Hall of Fame in 2002. As a resident of Santa Rosa, California, Mr. Dowd is active in a number of community, civic and political activities within Sonoma County.
Ms. Goble is a resident of Windsor, California, and is a Councilmember of the Town of Windsor. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Town of Windsor Redevelopment Agency and the Water District. She has been actively involved in many organizations throughout Sonoma County, including the Windsor General Plan Commission, the Leadership Institute for Ecology, the Cardinal Newman Board (Booster), the Planning and Development for Tomorrow’s Leaders Today and the Windsor Middle School Site Council. She is also a substitute teacher in the Windsor Unified School District.
Mr. Hall is a resident of Sonoma County, and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Prior to forming AltaPacific Bank, Mr. Hall was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Business Bancorp and the Chief Executive Officer of Business Bank of California. Previously, Mr. Hall was President and CEO for both MCB Financial and Metro Commerce Bank. He also served as a Director of each of these institutions. Mr. Hall has extensive banking experience and has been a bank senior executive officer for over 25 years.
Mr. Jett is a retired commercial banker with more than 45 years of banking experience, of which 22 years have been in executive management with banks located in Covina, the Inland Empire and the greater San Gabriel Valley. Mr. Jett was the founding Chairman of the Board of Stellar Business Bank and was also the founding Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Empire Bank, NA of Ontario, California, until it was merged with Covina-based California State Bank in 1990. Mr. Jett is a past President of the Community Bankers Association and a past Chairman of the State Government Relations, Consumer Lending and Regulatory Compliance, State and Federal PAC Committees for the California Bankers Association. He is a former board member of the Western Independent Bankers Association, the Consumer Bankers Association, and the American Institute of Banking. A resident of San Dimas, Mr. Jett is involved in a number of community organizations including the Citrus Valley Health Foundation, the Covina Irrigation Company, Rotary Club of Covina, and The Center for Performing Arts in Covina.
Mr. Jorstad is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a recognized expert in financial accounting within the entertainment industry. He is the owner of a highly successful financial accounting firm in Marin County. Mr. Jorstad holds an MBA and began his career in public accounting in 1975 with a large, international public accounting firm, now KPMG. He has served as a receiver for the Superior Courts of San Francisco, Marin and Mendocino counties and is qualified as an expert witness. Mr. Jorstad was the Chairman of the Board of Business Bancorp, a $704 million bank holding company. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Board of MCB Financial Corporation (Holding Company for Metro Commerce Bank). He was a founder of Marin Community Bank (name changed subsequently to Metro Commerce Bank) and served as a Director from its inception in 1989.
Since 1989, Mr. Verrue has been President and CEO of HCV Pacific Partners, a major real estate development company based in San Francisco. HCV Pacific Partners specializes in the management and construction of new residential communities, resort property and commercial property, and has been active in the development of many projects throughout northern California, including Sonoma County. Mr. Verrue was previously a Director of Business Bancorp and Business Bank of California, from December 2001 until Union Bank of California acquired Business Bancorp in 2004. He was also a founder of Marin Community Bank in 1989, and served as Director of the bank (name changed to Metro Commerce Bank) and MCB Financial Corporation from 1989 to 2001.
Mr. Zils is a longtime resident of Santa Rosa. Most recently, Mr. Zils was the Senior Executive and President of the Thin Film Product Group of JDS Uniphase, which had approximately 2,000 employees and operations in the United States, Japan, China, Germany, and France. Previously, Mr. Zils was the President and CEO of Flex Products Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Optical Coating Laboratory Inc. (OCLI) in Santa Rosa. He also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OCLI which was acquired by JDS Uniphase in 2000. Mr. Zils is a member of the California State Bar Association and holds an Instructor’s Credential for California Community Colleges. Mr. Zils contributes his time to an assortment of Sonoma County organizations, including serving on the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees.
