Text Banking

Text banking service allows you to quickly request and receive personal account information via a text message.  Once enrolled, use simple text message commands to request balance information, transaction history and more.

*There are no additional fees for the service.  However, your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.  Check with your mobile service provider for more information. 
*Availability may be affected by your mobile device's coverage area.   
*Balances may not reflect all your transactions, such as checks you have written or debit card transactions that have been approved but not yet submitted for payment by the merchant.


Enable Text Banking

  1. Login to Internet Banking.
  2. Select Mobile Banking under Account Summary.
  3. Select Continue to Mobile Banking
  4. All registered devices will be listed and you can select Activate Now next to the Text Banking option. If your device is not listed, select Enroll a Mobile Device.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the enrollment and receive an activation code.
  6. Once you receive your text from AltaPacific Bank (49794), save us to your contacts for quick access.

Text Short Codes

  • B or BAL: Account Balance
  • H or HIST: Transaction History
  • L or Login: Mobile Web Banking URL
  • HE, HELP or INFO: Help content
  • S or STOP: Disable Text Banking
  • M, MORE or NEXT: This command will display the next message if more details are available.
  • C or CMD: List of available Text Banking commands.
